Sir Paul McCartney-Nancy Shevell Nuptials

Amidst great hype, High Society staff made their way to Sir Paul McCartney’s home on 9th October to serve up a delicious Vegan wedding feast, provided by Ottolenghi. A proud-as-punch Sir Paul looked rather dapper in a sharp blue Stella McCartney suit, and beaming bride Nancy dazzled in a beautiful Stella McCartney gown. Entertainment was provided by DJ Mark Ronson, and High Society staff looked on as Ringo Starr, Ronnie Wood, Twiggy, Jools Holland, Kate Moss and a myriad of other famous faces partied the night away under the stars.

Roger Waters 'The Wall' Live Tour

Pink Floyd’s best-selling album ‘The Wall’ was given a new lease of life in May, as singer Roger Waters took to the O2 arena stage in one of the most expensive rock tours undertaken in history. High Society staff were on hand throughout the whole tour, serving refreshments backstage, manning the bars and helping out at after show parties.

High Society - Made in Chelsea!

A hand-picked selection High Society staff were recently chosen to feature in a couple of episodes of E4’s hit reality series Made in Chelsea. In Series 2, Episode 9, our staff served tea and cake to Chelsea Pensioners and cast members at a charity event at Royal Hospital Chelsea. High Society was also selected to provide waiting staff for their Christmas 2011 Special, which was aired over the festive period.

Take That Wrap Party

On 6th July 2011, following a stupendous final show at Wembley Arena, High Society cocktail makers helped the band celebrate at Take That’s Progress Tour Wrap Party. Despite the torrential British weather, guests enjoyed a beach-themed party, compete with palm trees, hot tubs, Brazilian dancers and, of course, Pina Coladas.

Miss World 2011

On 6th November 2011, Earl’s Court provided a wonderfully British setting for that globally-renowned annual fusion of tradition, pageantry and style – Miss World. High Society staff were proud to serve refreshments as Serkan Yasar from Turkey was crowned Miss World 2011.

Kerrang! Awards 2011

On 9th June, High Society staff served a sumptuous three course feast and the champagne was flowing at The Brewery, as the 18th Annual Kerrang! Awards kicked off. Our staff met the likes of Alice Cooper and Ozzie Osbourne as 30 Seconds to Mars emerged as the big winners of the evening.

The Paris Airshow 2011

June 2011 saw High Society staff flying high at the world’s largest and oldest airshow. Working for Smart Event Catering, staff served high-profile military and corporate guests amidst an eclectic selection of military and civilian aircraft.
